Order process: Your order may take up to 2 -3 weeks from time of placement to time of dispatch, due to back order, part availability, installation and test/burn in procedure of your system. Shipping and delays in transit: Computerama ships with in only Australia via (our preferred delivery) Smart Send. Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) may take longer. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable. Multiple item purchases: If several items are purchased, some items may arrive as separate shipments, which is due to being dispatched directly from suppliers warehouses. Not all items will arrive at the same time. You will be notified if this is the case. Loss or Damage in transit: Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can only be offered to customers who have selected the Freight Insurance option when placing their order. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days to report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
Returns policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for product in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). Restocking fees may apply, and credit value is based on current market prices. You must contact our Customer Service staff within 7 days of shipping of the product to return a product in this way. |
