Q: What thermal paste do you use on your systems?

A: We are currently using Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal compound with all our systems. 

Q: How long can I expect for my system to arrive?

A: This depends on a few factors. Time for payment to clear (depending on method used) can be from 1 to 5 days. Your system will generally take 2-3 days including 24+ hour burn in test. Enthusiast systems can take up to 3 weeks or more due to special order parts. Dispatch takes 2-7 days. All in all about 10 day on average.

Q: Does Computerama offer store pick up?

A: Of Course. We have a fully equipped retail outlet in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs and welcome anyone who'd like to arrange pickup of their goods. The difference of system shipping will be refunded when picked up.  

Q: Do the systems you offer come with driver CD's?

A: All our systems come with all driver software, OEM CD's, accessories and OEM user manuals. For no charge you can also request to have the OEM extras normally included with motherboards, video cards etc... Just leave a comment with your order and we will gladly give you the freebies.
