Payment Methods: Computerama accepts payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque, EFT (in store), Visa and MasterCard. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. Pricing Policy: Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors on prices. All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST (Goods & service tax). Acceptance of orders: Computerama reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in Victoria.
Limitation of Liability: All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is Computerama liable for the following: (1) third party claims against you for damages, (2) loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment, (3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages (4) any consequential damages. Consequential damages are defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
Computerama's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use. (Includes Overclocking).
Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. All images displayed are for illustrative purposes only, and all specifications shown are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Compatibility: We are unable to guarantee compatibility between third party software/hardware and our system. It is up to the buyer to first research and confirm that software/hardware will be compatible and suitable for their application prior to purchase.
Loss or Damage in transit: Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can only be offered to customers who have selected the Freight Insurance option when placing their order. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days to report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
Order process: Your order may take up to 2 -3 weeks from time of placement to time of dispatch, due to backorder, part availability, installation and test/burn in procedure of your system.
Shipping and delays in transit: Computerama ships with in only Australia via Smart Send Standard. Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) may take longer. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for product in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). Restocking fees may apply, and credit value is based on current market prices. You must contact our Customer Service staff within 7 days of shipping of the product to return a product in this way.
Security: For your security we use an SSL Secured (128-bit) connection. Warranty: All products carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months unless specified otherwise. If you have any difficulties with a product purchased, please contact us for warranty procedures.(note 95% of the time it will be software related) All warranty is strictly return-to-base, return postage will be payable for goods to be sent back once repaired or replaced. |
